之后按顺序的把数列内的一-位或几位数据置0。PID回路增益Kp,Ki和Kd根据受控过程的特性确定。设定PID回路时有2个关键问题:1.在CV值发生–定量的变化时,PV值应改变多少,或者什麼是开环增益?2.系统响应有多块,或者说CV发生阶跃时,PV以多快的速度变化?许多过程可以近似的用过程增益,–阶或二阶延时和纯滞后来表示。
