如果PID块为自动模式,最后的CV值存放在手动命令字%Ref+13中。如果PID块为手动模式,CV值由手动命令设定,但是所有的比率和限幅值仍然起作用。这意味着,手动命令不能令CV值大于正限幅值,小于正限幅值,也不能令CV变化率大于最小回转时间设定的比采样时间和PI块时序PID块是数字化的模拟量控制函数,所以PID输出方程式中的dt采样时间不能设为无穷小。受控的大部分过程可用–次或二次方程近似表示,相当于纯时间滞后。
